Pfeffernüsse
Dough 80g Butter 100g Treacle syrup 100g Sugar 1/2 tbs Finely ground Ginger 1/2 tbs Finely ground Anise 1/4 tbs Finely ground Pepper 250g Doppio zero flour A pinch of Baking Soda Melt syrup, sugar and butter until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and fold in flour, spices and baking soda. Refrigerate and allow dough to settle overnight. Roll into balls and place on a baking tray...

Branch Out Part II
From 6pm tonight the second installment of Branch Out will be launched at the Brisbane Powerhouse. Surya Graf, Alexander Lotersztain & I have invited twenty of Brisbane’s top design studios & independent creatives to present twenty new Christmas tree concepts. Following tonights opening the trees will be on show until the 23rd.

I was surprise and excited to see Christoph Müller of the Gotan Project using both a Tenori-on and Wiimote during yesterdays show in Brisbane. Which from this video, he has evidently been using since they began touring Tango 3.0 earlier this year.
